Version 1.31 - April 17, 2025
Additional improvements include enhancements to WO Build Wanted Dates, Receiving Worksheets, and visibility of replenishment status in key tables. The Backorder Tool now utilizes the display unit of measure, and the Sales Custom Report features new filters for Ship-to Location and Item Created Date. Updates also improve the shipment email prompt, credit release workflow, and Sales Tax rules with a new table/matrix option. Bug fixes address display date inconsistencies, vendor bill propagation, and label image linking. No breaking issues reported.
Version 1.30 - April 3, 2025
Additional enhancements include vendor XREF and warehouse visibility on RFQs, refined Sales Tax reporting with better TaxJar integration, and improved cost visibility in the View Components drawer. Table and PDF updates improve usability across invoices, receiving worksheets, and reconciliation docs. Bug fixes address unnecessary WO Build paperwork printing, inventory held by deleted transfers, and leap day issues in financial reporting. No breaking issues reported.
Version 1.29 - March 21, 2025
Improvements include updates to sales tax reporting, the exclusion of drop ship lines from percentage filled calculations on the Order Print Tool, and enhanced fiscal year handling in financial reporting. QC Notes will now appear on picking slips by default, and RoHS, DFARS, and Prop 65 compliance options have been added at the item and PO receiving levels. Bug fixes address issues with the reconciliation date range selection, and the system is being updated to prevent the generation of unnecessary PDFs after closing Work Order Builds.
Version 1.28 - March 7, 2025
Improvements include the exclusion of drop ship quantities from suggested buys in the purchase tool, updates to the Work Order header Wanted Date, and better alignment of inventory by warehouse in custom reports and dashboards. Additional fields, such as Commodity Code, Country of Origin, and Lot #, have been added to the Commercial Invoice PDF, and QC Notes will now automatically appear on picking slips. Bug fixes continue to address sales tax updates and improve calls to TaxJar.
Version 1.27 - February 25, 2025
Version 1.27 has several exciting updates, including a Ship Lines Complete option for easier shipment management, a revamped Scheduled Order option for more control over when orders are eligible for printing, and the ability to transform one item into another while preserving lot details. Users can now create quotes and sales orders directly from lead and customer tables, and WorldShip integration is now live, offering expanded shipping features.
Improvements include forced warehouse matching for Drop Ship POs, a revamped Mobile Delivery and Pickup Tool for better mobile use, and the ability to generate new locations from PO Returns. Additionally, counter sales tool updates, a BOL feature for multiple shipments, and automatic inclusion of Proof of Delivery PDFs with invoices enhance user experience. Bug fixes address issues with duplicate inventory commitments on linked Order to Work Order lines, credit/debit sequencing, picking dashboard lot displays, and undeposited funds transaction voiding.
Version 1.26 - February 6, 2025
Version 1.26 introduces several new features, including the ability to generate a Receiving Worksheet from Purchase Orders and PO Receipts, with further expansion planned for Release 1.27. SP Items will no longer be eligible for shipment printing until the associated Work Order Build is complete, and Drop Ship Order Lines are now more easily identifiable with a DS chip in the PO column. Users can also add Custom Attributes to summary tables and adjust how Lot Details (MFG Date, Shelf Life, Expiration Date) appear on Packing and CoC PDFs.
Improvements include enhanced table exporting, automatic Shelf Life and Expiration Date calculations for Kits based on components, and the addition of Attachments in the PO Return email dialog. Other updates include automated voiding of printed checks when associated AP payments are voided, adding a warehouse filter to the Picking Dashboard, and a TaxJar error indicator in the Sales Tax Report. Bug fixes address alignment issues with "Qty Picked" and "# Boxes" fields, overflow check printing, and missing PO Return Line Notes.
Version 1.25 - January 27, 2025
Version 1.25 has several key new features, including the launch of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), which allows creating and scanning VMI tags for automatic order generation. The Fewest Lots allocation option has been added, allowing orders to be filled using the fewest possible lots. Additionally, the auto-uploading of scanned documents has been expanded to automate the placement of various document types onto relevant entities in 10X.
Improvements include disallowing the publishing of blank PO receipts, modifying published invoice Sales Tax and add-ons, adding a blue "DS" chip to drop ship sales order lines for better visibility, and the option to print add-ons on packing slips. Sales tax improvements continue, including enhanced reporting and zip code validation. Bug fixes address minor issues, with no significant bugs reported since the previous release.
Version 1.24 - January 10, 2025
Version 1.24 introduces shelf life and expiration date calculations for item lots, a Lines View on the Order Print Tool for more granular shipment management, and a Bill of Lading (BOL) option on the Shipping Dashboard. The update also includes the option to match invoice sequence numbers with shipments, along with improvements to sales tax reporting, PO creation from the Backorder Tool, and QuickParse and EDI processing.
Bug fixes address issues with blind shipment PDFs, cycle count transactions, and estimated costs for backordered components. There were no deprecated features or known breaking issues at this time.
Version 1.23 - December 12, 2024
Version 1.23 includes the ability to add custom attributes to Vendor Custom Reports, the option to merge items in the Item Summary Table, and updates to the TaxJar integration for improved sales tax calculations. Users can now set a default AR payment account on the Customer level and update it via the Customer Import File, while the Work Order Summary Table and Work Order Build PDFs receive significant updates for better visibility.
Improvements also include better visibility on backorder queues with line dates, EDI connection expansions, and updates to the Price/Cost Rules tables with added customer and vendor information. Bug fixes address issues with Drop Ship PO and PO links breaking, transfer receipt errors, and negative quantities propagating to POs, among others.
Version 1.22 - December 3, 2024
Version 1.22 introduces several new features, including tracking landed costs for better GP% visibility, a manual expiration date field for Item Lots, and more granular part committing with committed window settings for Work Orders and Transfers. Additionally, a new cost multiplier has been added as a pricing rule option, allowing for more flexibility in pricing calculations.
Improvements include updates to the Sales Tax Report, the ability to set default copy functionality for Quotes, Orders, RFQs, and POs, and various enhancements to printing, including Saturday Delivery on Packing Slips. Bug fixes address issues with PO return credits, transfer receiving errors, and item descriptions in Drop Ship POs, as well as aligning component printing for assembly items with components.
A known issue regarding components not printing on WO Builds is being addressed, with a temporary workaround available by checking the Print Components on Picking Slip
box on the Item. No breaking issues have been reported.
Version 1.21 - November 14, 2024
Version 1.21 includes the completion of PO Returns, the ability to transfer backordered parts to Work Orders from Sales Orders, and overflow printing for remittance details in check printing. Improvements include the option to require an Item Category during item creation, better accuracy in Suggested Buy calculations with added backorder quantities, and updated usage calculations that now account for returns. The CRM area also saw updates and custom attributes can now be added to labels through the label designer. Bug fixes address issues with the vendor bills table, item duplication errors, and minor bugs in PO Shipping Methods and PO Returns.
Version 1.20 - October 31, 2024
Version 1.20 introduces several new features, including optional detailed lot tracking at the company and item levels, the launch of the CRM module, and the QuickParse integration for easy PDF parsing. Users can now adjust label quantities directly during Work Order Build generation and set default settings for new customers in the admin panel. Additionally, changing accounts on AR/AP payment records and modifying vendors or customers on manual bills or invoices enhances flexibility and usability.
Improvements include consolidating the reconciliation table by deposit or payment, expanded functionality for editing components on published lines, and a more prominent placement for line notes across entities. Users will also see a warning message for over-receiving parts, enhanced flexibility in payment terms for credit cards, and updates to financial reporting formats.
Bug fixes address issues with usage calculations, signature capture on the Pickup Tool, and alignment between the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for net income and retained earnings. Based on user feedback, various dashboards and table improvements have been made, along with updates to import files for better data management.
Version 1.19 - October 18, 2024
Version 1.19 includes the option to use a customer's or vendor's XREF description in place of the item description and the ability to add notes to PO receipt lines for enhanced tracking. Improvements include defaulting shipment dates to the earliest wanted date, removing draft invoices from customer statements, and adding work order quantities to the backorder tool for better inventory visibility. Users will also benefit from warnings for future payment dates, optional contact emails, and separate columns for account numbers and descriptions in financial reports. Bug fixes address issues with emailed PDFs and quotation marks appearing in export files.
Version 1.18 - October 4, 2024
Version 1.18 introduces the ability to link multiple Drop Shipments to a single Sales Order and add Drop Ship Lines to an Open PO. Key improvements include enhancements to the Sales Tax Report with additional details, adding warehouse indicators to the Order Print Tool, and removing draft backorders for more accurate purchasing decisions. Users can now include open quantities on picking slips, add notes to Certificate of Conformance documents, and see vendor names on Drop Ship PO PDFs. Bug fixes address issues with cost updates, quote conversions for sub-assemblies, and hyperlink errors in the Bills section.
Version 1.17 - September 19, 2024
Version 1.17 includes enhanced flexibility for adding lines to Work Orders from Sales Orders, the ability to backorder assembled parts, and a taxable flag at the location level. Users can now print labels when creating Work Order Builds and select and print Item Labels directly from the Inventory Dashboard. Further improvements include better visibility for secondary processing PO links, easier manual address overrides, and further Picking Slip options. Bug fixes address issues with custom report date ranges, unit pricing rules, payment amount locks, and estimated cost conversions.
Version 1.16 - September 5, 2024
Version 1.16 introduces several new features, including the addition of a Secondary Processing (SP) Item designator, an option to exclude future orders in purchasing calculations, and the ability to manage packing slips for drop shipments. Improvements include options for including pick quantities and prices on picking slips, enhancements to the Ship Tool for more accurate billing, and the ability to print location labels from the inventory dashboard. Bug fixes address issues with custom reporting dates and user selections in the AP bills table, ensuring a smoother user experience.
Version 1.15 - August 22, 2024
Version 1.15 introduces several new features, including the initial testing of QuickParse for PDF parsing, bulk deletion and restoration of contacts and locations, and the ability to tag transfers when creating notes. Improvements include enhanced workflow integrity for Auto WO processes, real-time updates for components added on the fly, and the addition of item descriptions to Work Order PDFs. Bug fixes address issues with wanted dates, sales tax displays on PDFs, and clearing dropdown entries.
Version 1.14 - August 8, 2024
Version 1.14 has several new features, including enhanced Item Note visibility, improved reordering lines on Sales Orders and Quotes, and updates to the Backorder Tool. Notable improvements involve more accurate Purchase Tool calculations, automated PICKED status in the Pickup Tool, and expanded Label Tool functionality. We also added auto-discovery for new carriers when using Easypost, and detailed log permissions for greater user control. Bug fixes address issues with copying orders to new customers and TaxJar reporting.
Version 1.13 - July 25, 2024
Version 1.13 introduces new features, including mass ID changes for Customers and Vendors, Easypost USPS method alignment, and HubSpot integration. Improvements include enhanced Label Tool UX, better variable field visibility on Label Templates, Work Order warehouse allocation updates, and new functionality for non-keep assembly pick ticket printing. Bug fixes address errors in copying orders to new customers and issues with PO Returns, which are temporarily hidden while being fixed.
Version 1.12 - July 19, 2024
Version 1.12 is highlighted by the ability to email attachments directly from Quotes, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders, as well as enhanced grouping for custom attributes. The Work Order Line Label Type has been added to the Label Tool, and updates include better backorder allocation for Work Order Builds, improved security, and various enhancements to the Pickup Tool and PDF usability. Bug fixes address issues with auto BCC settings, PO receiving locations, and errors when copying orders to new customers.
Version 1.11 - June 28, 2024
Version 1.11 introduces the Move Tool for inventory management, with plans for future barcode scanning integration. Additionally, users can now hide Ship and BO quantities on Order Acknowledgment PDFs, and Warehouse has been integrated into Financial Reporting for detailed location-based financial analysis. Improvements include automated backorder calculations, enhanced Work Order tracking fields, and expanded Label Tool capabilities. Bug fixes address warehouse and location copy errors, as well as issues with negative Add Ons not carrying through to Shipments and Invoices.
Version 1.10 - June 13, 2024
Version 1.10 highlights include the full implementation of EDI capability, updates to linked POs for enhanced navigation and cost visibility, and flexibility enhancements to PO bill creation. Additionally, improvements such as min and max multipliers for purchasing, expanded transfer options, and PDF footer flexibility enhance user experience. Bug fixes address issues with PO links after manual allocation, add-ons for drop shipments, and item copying errors. No known breaking issues have been reported.
Version 1.9 - May 30, 2024
Version 1.9 introduces grouping custom attributes for specific item categories, adding primary ship-from warehouse to orders, and making COO optional on the customer level. Additionally, enhancements such as showing all sub-accounts on the inventory dashboard and improvements to moving lots streamline inventory management. Bug fixes address issues with purchase orders showing on the backorder tool, item copying, and pickup shipping options. No known breaking issues have been reported.
Version 1.8 - May 16, 2024
Version 1.8 updates include the ability to email shipping PDFs directly from the UI as well as create PO from the Backorder Tool. Additionally, improvements to various dashboards, tools, view tables, and the search bar based on user feedback allow for better user experience. Some minor bugs were reported and cleared, and no known breaking issues have been reported at this time.
Version 1.7 - May 8, 2024
Version 1.7 introduces a duplication warning for bills, permissions for each custom report, and enhancements to invoice options for customer records. Additionally, improvements such as limiting the system to a single draft PO receipt and updates to order source fields enhance user experience. Bug fixes address issues with the print check button and various backend bugs, ensuring smoother functionality. No known breaking issues have been reported.
Version 1.6 - April 18, 2024
Version 1.6 highlights include a new Drop Ship workflow, the ability to include attachments on entities, and pricing line items based on cost. Additionally, improvements such as customer PO requirement options, enhancements to the Order Print Tool, and increased flexibility with cross-references enhance user experience. Bug fixes and minor updates address reported issues for smoother functionality. No known breaking issues have been reported.
Version 1.5 - April 4, 2024
Version 1.5 introduces the renaming of "PO Invoice" to "Bill" for modern alignment, the implementation of sensitive permissions at the executive level, and performance enhancements to various tables. Additionally, improvements such as optional quantity fields in Quick Add, easier NACHA file generation, and updates to the Main Search Bar and Order Print Tool enhance user experience.
Version 1.4 - March 21, 2024
Version 1.4 introduces several new features, including the Mobile Delivery Tool for streamlined delivery operations and the Picking Dashboard for improved warehouse visibility. Performance improvements address reported slowdowns, while updates to Custom Reports, Vendor Payments, and data management streamline processes. Bug fixes and the removal of deprecated features ensure a smoother user experience.
Version 1.3 - March 7, 2024
Version 1.3 of 10X ERP streamlines processes with item category imports, enhances item entry and credit card pre-authorization management, improves label permissions, and boosts performance with bug fixes and UI updates.
Version 1.2 - February 22, 2024
Version 1.2 added the auto-generation of new Item IDs for streamlined data management, default AR & AP payment specification, and the addition of a Queued status label on the Order Print Tool for enhanced user experience. Bug fixes addressed inconsistencies in backorder calculations, and admin table functionality was updated further to align with the typical behavior of the app.
Version 1.1 - February 8, 2024
Version 1.1 includes the addition of label settings to customer records for easier printing, enhancements to warehouse transfer processes, and updates to credit card pre-authorization functionalities. Additionally, improvements to dashboard data alignment and various table enhancements enhance user experience.
