New Features
- Duplication Warning for Bills: Bills (AP/Vendor Invoices) now include a duplicate Vendor Bill Warning Message similar to the warning message on Sales Orders for potential duplicate Customer PO numbering.
- Permissions for Each Custom Report Added: Permissions for each Custom Report have been added, so users can gain access to specific reports without having access to all Custom Reports the system can generate. Permissions can be updated in the respective User Permissions.
Improvements
- Limit System to Single Draft PO Receipt: Users now can only have a single Open Draft PO Receipt for a PO at a time. Previously, users were able to create multiple Draft PO Receipts, which led to a higher probability of incorrect input or unnecessary PO Receipt records. The system will now allow only a single Draft PO Receipt to be created and worked at a time.
- Order Source Field Updates and Not Required Setting: Customers can now globally turn off the required Order Source field on Sales Orders from the Admin > Orders area. A Default Order Source dropdown is added to the Customer record to allow users to set a default Order Source by Customer for enhanced Order Entry; the Customer Import File has also been updated to include this field for any mass data updates.
- Enhanced Invoice Options for Customer Records: Users can now designate Customers as Email Invoices, Print Invoices, both, or neither, and a filter has been added to the Billing > Send Invoices page to identify these options for easier printing and sending of Customer Invoices. These options have also been added to the Customer Import File for mass updating of records.
- Billing Options for Ship Methods on Purchase Orders: Billing Options have been added to Purchase Orders for users to select options other than Prepay & Add or Allow. Further enhancements are being made to this update to ensure a smooth user experience similar to that on Sales Orders and Shipments.
- Default Non-Inventory GL Account Added: Customers can now set a default Non-Inventory GL Account that will appear on any Item flagged as Non-Keep. The Item Import was also updated to include the Non-Inventory GL Account field for mass data updates.
- Modifications to AR & AP Permissions Sets: Based on user feedback, permissions inclusions/exclusions were updated to ensure alignment for AR and AP user needs that are not sensitive in nature.
- Sales Dashboard Renamed to Sales Backlog Dashboard: Dashboard naming update made to better describe the data appearing on the dashboard.
- Various Hyperlinks on Dashboards: Hyperlinks have been added to various fields on the Dashboards to provide enhanced user navigation.
- Various Table and Dashboard Performance Improvements: Update performance areas for some dashboards and tables for faster loading and performance.
Bug Fixes
- Print Check Button Not Available When Selecting Multiple Vendors for Payment: The Print Checks with System box wasn't available when selecting multiple Vendors for payment. It is now available. Other minor updates to the System Check Prints were made, and a couple more are ongoing based on user feedback.
- Various Backend Minor Bugs: Updated various backend monitored and reported bugs to enhance user-experience.
