New Features

  • Secondary Processing (SP) Item Designator & Labeling: An SP Item checkbox has been added to Items to identify them as Secondary Processing Items. Labels and banner messages linking the Orders to the auto-created Secondary Process Work Order have also been added. Further improvements to the workflow continue and will be included in subsequent releases.
  • Switch to Exclude Future Orders in Purchasing Calculations: Users reviewing replenishment suggestions can now exclude future orders from the default calculations. Reminder that the Future Order timeframe when committing parts and Replenish timeframe utilized in Purchase Tool calculations are set in Admin.
  • Option to Include Packing Slip on Drop Shipments: Users now have the option to not send the system-generated Packing Slip to their Drop Ship Vendor.
  • Customer Option to Always Ship CompleteAdded: Users can set this as a default option on the Customer Level. It will be added to the Customer Import File in a subsequent release.

Improvements

  • Option to Include Pick Qty and # Boxes on Picking Slips: Blank fields to add Picked Quantity and the Number of Boxes packaged have been added as Admin options to Picking Slips (Shipment Picking and WO Build Picking). This global setting can be turned on in Admin > Settings.
  • Option to Include Price on Picking and Packing Slips: Users can define whether the Line Price is included on the Picking and Packing slip PDFs. This can be set at either the Company level in Admin or on a Customer Level for more granularity.
  • Ship Tool Improvements when Switching Carriers or Comparing Rates: Hardened the Ship Tool to require Billing Account information after switching carriers or Comparing Rates to ensure accurate information is passed fully through Easypost to the final Carrier for more accurate billing.
  • Add to PO Button Updates: Users can add to any Open PO using this button in its various locations throughout the App. Previously, only Draft POs could be added to.
  • Sales Tax Report Updates: Updated download functionality to not timeout with large reports and expanded fields included in the report.
  • Editing of Components Improvements: Various updates, including pricing and further UX consistency improvements between Quotes and Sales Orders, continue. A full How-To will be included when completed over the next two releases.
  • Various Table Layouts and Hyperlink Improvements: Updates based on user feedback, including adding the List Price to the default Item Summary Table view.
  • Option to Print Location Labels from Inventory Dashboard: Added the ability to print Location Labels (user-defined/setup) from the Inventory Dashboard.

Bug Fixes

  • Custom Reporting Date Issues: Resolved issues where Custom Reports required, including the final day of the previous month to incorporate the full month's information, and improved table loading time.
  • Sticky Selections in AP: Updates included keeping user selections after changing filters in the AP > Bills table.
