New Features

  • Shelf Life and Expiration Date Added to Item Lots: Shelf Life can now be added to the Item Level, either individually or utilizing the Import File, and an Expiration Date will be auto-calculated at time of receiving. The expiration date can also be added or overridden manually and these fields can be added to the necessary PDFs by turning on the option in Admin.
  • Lines View on Order Print Tool Added: Created a Lines View on the Order Print Tool to give more visibility and flexibility into selection of eligible lines for shipment generation.
  • Bill of Lading (BOL) Option Added to Shipping Dashboard: A BOL can now be generated from the Shipping Dashboard. Improvements to the form are being discussed and will be implemented. Any feedback would be appreciated and is welcomed!

Improvements

  • Sales Tax Improvements: Continuous focus on updates to harden the TaxJar integration and improve internal Sales Tax Rules and Reporting. This includes adding 4 layers for tax reporting (State, County, City, and Special District) and more visibility into manual tax rate overrides.
  • Creating PO from Backorder Tool Updates: Items can now be selected by warehouse instead of auto-selecting all Item Lines when going to Create PO, expanded to allow creating a PO to a non-primary Vendor, and improved linking back to associated BO lines.
  • Option to Match Invoice with Shipment Sequence: Users can enable a setting to match the sequence number of the Invoice with its respective Shipment. This is under the Invoices section in Admin > Settings.
  • Order Print Tool - Changing Shipment Wanted Date: Updated the dialog that appears when printing if the eligible lines are in the past to give better explanation. This was implemented to ensure reporting can be more accurate moving forward for late shipments.
  • QuickParse Improvements: Implemented various backend features to stabilize and improve performance.
  • EDI Improvements: Various updates and alignments to harden automated processing of various transactions.
  • Bold Line on Picking Slips Between Items Added: Added a bold line on Picking Slip PDFs to more easily distinguish between items. This has been present on the Packing Slip previously.
  • Various Table Updates: Added fields for better usability in various tables and updated export functionality per reported improvement areas. Including adding Vendor and Customer Name to tables and dashboards from user feedback.

Bug Fixes

  • Blind Shipment PDF Image Appearance: Updated edge case where Packing Slips were showing the incorrect Customer details.
  • Cycle Count Item Transactions: Cycle Count transactions were appearing as starting from 0 instead of their respecitive On Hand quantity. This fix was a UI fix and all transactions in the system remain accurate.
  • Estimated Cost when Component Items Backordered: Updated a bug found when calculating estimated costs for back-ordered components of an assembly.
