New Features
- Ability to Add Custom Attributes to Vendor Custom Reports: Custom Attributes can now be flagged for inclusion on the Purchases Custom Report, allowing users more flexibility and options for Group By and reporting for Purchases. Note that this functionality will be expanded to include Item and Customer custom attributes over the subsequent two releases!
- Merging Items: Items can now be merged in the Item Summary Table. There are limitations to what items can be merged; for example,
Assembly Items
(those with components) can't currently be merged. We'll continue improving as we receive feedback on this new functionality, and look to expand it to Lots, Customers, and Vendors over the next few releases.
Improvements
- TaxJar Integration Updates: We are actively monitoring and improving sales tax calculations through our integration with TaxJar and implementing improvements to both the integration and our internal Sales Tax Rules to optimize for our customer base.
- Work Order Summary Table Updates: Revamped the Work Order Summary Tables - Work Orders and Builds - to default to more helpful information.

from linked Sales Orders for greater visibility. - XREF and Customer/Vendor Name Added to Price/Cost Rules Tables: Customer and Vendor Names and associated cross-reference item IDs were added to the Pricing and Cost Rules table based on user feedback.
Default AR Payment Account
Added to Customer Level & Import File: Users can now set a default AR Payment Account on a Customer Level and use the Customer Import File to update. This would help if payment for specific customers is always received into a non-standard bank account or other chart of account.- Backorder Queues Updated to Line Dates: Improved visibility by utilizing Line Wanted Dates on the backorder queue table instead of the Order Header Date.
- EDI Expansion: Updates were made to harden EDI connections with automated testing and additional partners.
Bug Fixes
- Drop Ship PO and PO Links Breaking: Updated allocation commands to not break PO links when adjusting Order Line Wanted Date and toggling
Ship Complete
options on Orders. This only sometimes occurred and was debugged in a couple of user workflows. Please report similar situations if noticed. - Transfer Receipt Errors: An error occurred when allocating a partially received transfer line, which was cleared and the process updated.
- Negative Quantity Propagated to PO from Purchase Tool: Negative calculations on the Purchase Tool were propagated to Purchase Orders, causing unintended line closure without the ability to update. Should a negative value be calculated on the tool, it will no longer propagate to a PO.
- Limit Item Custom Units: Updated bug where all units of measure appeared when searching in the default purchase and sales unit of measure fields. Now, only those associated with the specific item appear for selection.
- Table Summation Updates: Some table summations were shown in the adjacent field instead of the field being summed.
