New Features
- Job Tracking Implemented: Quotes, Sales Orders, RFQs, and Purchase Orders can now have a
Job
added to them from a centrally managed Admin Jobs table. As with most new features, the permission to view this should be turned on to begin utilizing it. We encourage users to utilize this and provide feedback! We will be expanding various reporting to allow reporting byJob
over the next few months! - Work Orders Dashboard Added: A Work Order Dashboard has been added to the Dashboards options. Work Orders and Work Order Builds can be viewed, along with some other general info. We'll expand this dashboard to include more details and allow actions to be taken, such as printing and closing Builds, or generating labels.
Improvements
- Drop Ships Excluded from Suggested Qty in Purchase Tool: Drop Shipment quantities were being included in the
PO
values when suggested buys were considered on the purchase tool. These have now been excluded from the calculations. - Work Order Wanted Date to match Earliest Open WO Line Date: Adjusted the automated WO header Wanted Date updates to ensure it is the earliest of the underlying WO Line Wanted Dates. Improved automated Wanted Date updates for WO lines linked to Sales Orders.
- Inventory by Warehouse Alignment: Updated system queries in the Inventory Custom Report and Inventory Dashboard to ensure items appeared accurately when filtering down to the warehouse level.
- Added Fields to Commercial Invoice PDF: Added

to the PDF. - QC Notes Printed on Picking Slips: Notes tagged as
QC Notes
will now automatically appear on Picking Slips by default.
Bug Fixes
- Sales Tax Updates: Continued reviewing and updating calls to TaxJar when taxable status updates occur.
