v1.32
Version 1.32 Release Notes
Release Date
May 8, 2025
NOTE: Our next planned release is May 29, 2025 (3 weeks) instead of our typical two-week release cycle. We will continue following the standard ~two-week release cycle following release 1.33.
New Features
- 10X Insights (Beta): We heavily upgraded the ability to generate and manage customizable reports & dashboards within 10X ERP and are in the beginning stages of dialing in this powerful tool to roll out to a broader audience. This BI tool should allow power users to create and modify reports and dashboards within the 10X interface, in Reports, at will, and allow other users to see these reports and dashboards with their real-time data.
- We're very excited about the potential of this tool and expect it to be a giant leap forward for customers looking to create and manage reports themselves!
- Quick Deallocate/Reallocate Dialog Added: We created a consolidated
Committed Details
drawer view and added it to the Inventory > Main page when clicking theCommitted
value hyperlink, as well as on Cycle Counts. This first version will allow inventory selection and quick decommitment from associated Orders, Shipments, Work Orders, PO Returns, and Transfers.- Note: The next version of this drawer, scheduled for release in 3-5 weeks, will include all Available lots and allow quick reallocation of associated open Orders, Shipments, Work Orders, and Transfers!
- Searchable Option Added to Custom Attributes: Custom Attributes now have a
Searchable
option. When enabled, users can find the associated entity (Item, Customer, Vendor, etc.) by searching the main search bar using the string input!- Note: Searching using this feature begins after entering two characters to limit search results. A future improvement will include the search attribute in the search results details!
- Purchase Multiple Added to Purchasing Tools: The
Purchase Multiple
field associated with a Vendor Cost Rule has been added to various purchasing locations in the app for reference, including on the Purchase Tool, Purchase Tool Reports, and Purchase Orders. This will be integrated into system calculations for suggested purchase quantities in subsequent releases! - Inventory Move to Quarantine (non-Allocate) Location Notification: Added a default email option for Inventory Movement to Quarantine that can be updated in Admin and sent to the relevant
To Email
anytime inventory is moved to a non-allocate Location. To trigger this auto-notification, theTo Email
must be filled in on the associated Email Template! - Item Notes Added to Components: Notes can be added to on-the-fly components using the
View Components
drawer and they will automatically copy over to any linked Work Order. This allows more granular notes to be passed to purchasing or those working the components within the assembly. - User Email Signature Option: Users with appropriate permissions can now edit their
Email Signature
in their My Account settings. Please get in touch with your Admin to update permissions if your company allows individual signature updates!
Improvements
- Loaded Cost & Cost Details Visibility Updates: Improved visibility of the
Loaded Costs
within the interface and added details to theView Cost Details
popup that can be clicked from the Line Info area on Quotes and Sales Orders. This new popup includes details around the various loaded cost options (Landed, Working, Non-Track) as well as 6 and 12-month weight averages for costs and current vendor pricing rules.
- Work Order Eligibility Notifications: Purchase Order Receipts that filled Work Orders and caused them to become eligible were not included in the user notification for eligible printing and have now been updated to be included in this notification process. We also found and improved how these allocations occur.
- Note: We continue to review allocations on work orders associated with commit windows based on recent user feedback and plan to make improvements where noted in the next 2-3 releases.
- Option to Turn Off Lot Details on Packing Slip PDF: Companies can turn off the
Lot Details
from appearing on Packing Slips by deselecting theShow Lot Details
option on the Packing Slip Default Template. This will remove the associated Lot Details under the Item Line information on the associated PDF.
- Shipping Details Added to Quotes: Ship Locations and details can now be included (non-required) on Quotes, adding further detail options to send to your Customers. These fields will only appear on the sent PDFs if they are input.
- Preserve Note Print Options on Quote to Order Copy/Conversion: Notes set to
Print on Quote
will now, by default,Print on Sales Order
when copying from a Quote to a Sales Order (Converting Quotes). Since these are two different options on Notes, this previously had to be manually updated when copying/converting. - Attachments Added to WO Builds; Inclusion Automated from Item/Lots Settings: Attachments were added to WO Build entities, and automatic inclusion based on the
WO
setting from the associated Item or Item Lot attachment was updated. - Shipping Methods, Billing Options, and Billing Account Requirement Updates: Updated the
Ship Method
|Billing Option
|Billing Account
to ensure admin settings are adhered to for Sales Orders and Shipments. These requirements were recently found to have slightly reverted, allowing users to pass through methods without their appropriate requirements met.- Note that the main impact here will be on any
