New Features

  • PO Invoice Renamed Bill: To align with more modern vernacular, we have replaced PO Invoice throughout the app with Bill . NOTE: Previously saved bookmarks may be affected by this update and should be updated!
  • Sensitive Permissions: We built out permissions to be managed at the Executive Level to ensure the greater control over which users can see and edit their own permissions.

Improvements

  • Performance Improvements to Various Tables: We improved the loading of some larger tables by up to 50%, primarily affecting some Accounting Tables. We also have added loading indicators on some tables with significant data to ensure users are aware data is loading.
  • Quick Add - Qty Now Optional: Quantity is no longer a required field when using the Quick Add feature to enter lines; the system will default the quantity to 1.
  • Easier NACHA File Generation: Rather than needing to filter to show the Generate NACHA button, the user will automatically see this if their selections match the necessary criteria of ACH as the Payment Method and no NACHA has been previously generated for the Payment.
  • Main Search Bar Improvements: Added more details to searched entities when viewing in the results.
  • Order Print Tool: Updated based on user feedback to include additional fields and a simple switch to override the Wanted Date of Orders and allow viewing of all Orders that could be printed, including Scheduled Releases.
  • Tool & Dashboard Enhancements: UX updates to the Pickup and Mobile Delivery Tools, as well as some dashboard improvements, including allowing users to filter to empty Locations on the Inventory Dashboard.
  • Table Improvements: Various field updates for better searchability and filtering, as well as validation of data based on user feedback.

Bug Fixes

  • Export All Functionality on Customer > Sales > Shipments Table: Updated instance where certain filters prevented the export of All Rows from the table.
  • Email PDF Updates: Inconsistencies with emailed PDFs was updated, affecting primarily Finance Charge and Customer Statement PDFs.
  • Mexico Shipments Using Ship Tool: Update backend customs information sent to Easypost to ensure alignment with shipping requirements to Mexico.
