New Features

  • Reorder Columns: Users can now reorder the columns on almost every table within the app! This includes Dashboards, Tools, Sales Orders, Summary Tables, etc. Combined with the show/hide feature that came out last release, this should greatly expand user options for viewing tables as they wish.

Note this feature currently will save the table views within the computer+browser combination. In the future, the preferences will save to a user-level and will have the ability to persist across browsers and devices!

  • Non-Allocate Location Inventory and Work Order Option added to Backorder Tool: The option to include/exclude non-allocate inventory locations, as well as exclude backorder lines where a work order quantity would cover them, has been added to the Backorder Tool. These options will ensure purchasing can have greater visibility into parts that may be in inbound QC waiting for release, or kits/assembly/SP parts that are being worked on and do not need additional purchasing!
  • Work Order Quantities Added to Purchase Tool Calculations: Quantities on work orders were previously excluded from the Purchase Tool MIN calculation by default, which could cause parts already being worked to appear for purchasing. These quantities are now included in the calculations by default, ensuring a more accurate representation of purchasing needs, while a switch was added to allow users to toggle the impacts of including or excluding these quantities.
  • Remove Cross-Reference (XREF, Alias) from Lines: Users can now remove a cross-reference part number from any line where the XREF appears by clicking the XREF number itself, similar to how you can change the XREF, and selecting REMOVE XREF.

Note we also expanded the XREF selector to include all XREFs available; previously it was limited to 30 rows.

Improvements

  • Significant Performance Improvements: Large performance improvements have been made over the last two releases to ensure optimal system performance for integrations as well as larger system transactions, like receiving hundreds of lines of payments from a single customer. Some user-facing highlights include better performance during receiving operations, as well as on the backorder tool.
  • Optional Barcode for Customer PO and Order # Added to Packing Slip PDF: Users can now add a barcode under the Order # and Customer PO on a Packing Slip. This is a good option should your Customers wish to use barcode scanning during their receiving operations, instead of having to add the information to a Packing Slip Line Label.
  • PO Dashboard Lines View Utilizes Line Dates: The PO Dashboard Lines View was updated to pull the Line Dates for Order Date, Ship Date, and Delivery Date instead of the header date that was previously there.
  • Expand PO Receipt Label Printing to Include All Lines: Only the first 30 lines of a PO Receipt were available to print from the Label Tool - PO Receipt Line option. This was opened up to ensure all PO Receipt Lines are available and can be searched and printed.
  • Per UM Cost Added to Various Tables: The Per UM unit cost was added to various sales and item tables for better visibility into historical and open unit costs. Previously, the total cost was included along with a unit price.
  • Primary Ship-From Warehouse Added to Quotes and Quote Dashboard: The Primary Ship From WH option was added to Quotes as well as the Quotes Dashboard, allowing more visibility into where Quotes are planned to ship from during reviews.
  • Price and Add-Ons Removed from Blind Shipments by Default: If the Show Price and Include Add-Ons options are selected for the Packing Slip PDF, they will no longer appear on any Blind Shipments.
  • TaxJar Date Reporting Alignment with 10X Reporting and other TaxJar Integration Updates: Updated the transaction dating for sales tax transactions linking between 10X and TaxJar to align dates based on TaxJar, and improved the transaction submittal for invoices automatically paid via credit card pre-auth or deposit on order.
  • Search Added to GL Payment Accounts on Pay Bills & Receive Payments Dialogs: Added better search functionality to the payment account field on the AP and AR dialog boxes for faster selection.
  • User Email Log added to My Account Page: The My Account Page now includes a filtered Email Log of the emails you have triggered to go out from the system.
  • Various Table, Tool, and Dashboard Updates: Made minor updates to data appearance, including removing open POs with zero open lines from the PO Dashboard, added totals to the CRM Opportunities Table, added four decimals to the Unit Cost fields in various tables, and added Purchase Multiple to the Price and Cost Import Files, among others.

Bug Fixes

  • Removed Delete Option on Manual Bills after Initial Publish: Users could still see a delete option after the initial publish of a manual bill and before the page was refreshed. If used, the transaction still remained, but the bill interface appeared blank. This was removed, and any impacted users were notified.
  • Text Wrapping on Labels: This new feature was found to clash in some instances when multiple description lines were present. We implemented improvements to clear this so users have more control over wrapping parameters.
  • Ship Method Billing AccountErrors: Fixed an issue where the Company Billing Account wasn't propagating after changing the Billing Option on Sales Orders, causing an unnecessary error.
  • Non-Allocate Locations Not Showing On Hand: After a recent update, non-allocate locations holding inventory weren't showing in the On Hand area of the Inventory table.
