Version 1.43 Release Notes
Release Date
October 30, 2025
New Features
- Sales Order Entity Layout & Spacing: Based on user feedback, we have slightly modified the spacing and layout of the Sales Order entity to be more compact, with less white space and more defined columns. Orders with a significant number of lines are where this update will stand out the most.
This is part of our focus over the next two quarters to improve the interface of entities to include more pertinent information within one view and with fewer clicks/scrolls!
- Credit Hold Notifications Added to Quotes: Credit Hold status notifications were added to Quotes and the associated Quote Table, to give Sales an earlier indication that converting the Quote would cause the Customer to be placed on Credit Hold.
- Item Adjustments Reasons & Notes: When adjusting an Item/Item Lot, users will now have the option to select a
Reasonfor the adjustment, as well as add Notes to the adjustment! The notes will reside on the specific Lot that was adjusted, and theReasonwill reside on the Transactions Table for more granular adjustment reviews.
The
Reasonis currently limited to system reasons. We will be releasing the ability for users to define the Adjustment reasons in a subsequent release!
- Shipping Account & Method Settings Added to Relevant PDF Templates: Options to
Hide Shipping MethodandHide Carrier Accounthave been added to the relevant PDF Templates, including: Picking Slip, Packing Slip, Transfer Picking Slip, and Transfer Packing Slip. Note that on Transfer Shipping Docs, these options have been added by default and can be turned off in this Admin area!

Proforma InvoiceOption Added to Sales Order Acknowledgements: When publishing a Sales Order or generating the Email Dialog from a Sales Order, users will now have the option to generate aProforma Invoicein case a Customer needs this to proceed with the Order.
This was already an option on Quotes when publishing or generating the email dialog!

- Confirmation of Duplicated Customer PO on Orders Setting: A setting in Admin General Settings was added that, when turned on, will ask users to confirm they intended to duplicate the Customer PO on a Sales Order, allowing for an additional check step to not process unnecessary Orders.

Improvements
- Original Order # Added to Reference on SO & PO Returns: A
Referencefield was added to all Sales and Purchase Returns, as well as Purchase Orders, and the original Order or PO number will be included in the field by default for better visibility on paperwork.
Note: The banner message with this information will remain; this update is to automate the inclusion of the original entity on the paperwork going to the Customer or Vendor!

- Ship to Warehouse Added to RFQs: The warehouse dropdown was added to RFQs so further details can be sent to prospective vendors for quoting parts.

- Secondary Processing - Linked WO Builds & SP Purchase Orders: We removed the ability to delete a Work Order Build with an actively linked SP Purchase Order, and refactored the WO Build closure process to remove duplicated code from previous iterations.
- Blind Column Added to Order Print Tool: A
Blindcolumn was added to the Order Print Tool for an additional layer of granularity when determining which eligible Orders to generate shipments for!

- Sales Tax Updates: Continued improvements to Sales Tax functionality and integrations continue as we work to add another external integration option. Improvements in this release include more closely aligning the Jurisdiction Report with the external integrations table, ensuring the
Taxablestatus passes down from the Customer to newly created Locations properly, submitting invoices tagged toConsolidated Invoice Customersto TaxJar more effectively, sendingFreight Amountas a "Shipping" type to TaxJar, and disallowing postive and negative dollar amounts together on Invoices, Credits, or Debits when TaxJar is enabled. - WorldShip Improvements: A
Blindoption was added to the import and export files to allow better granularity between the external integration and 10X fields. - Show Manual Bill # on Remit Advice Instead of Payment ID: Updated the Remit Advice PDF to pull the
Bill #on Manual Bills instead of the system Payment ID #, aligning with how PO Bills are shown on the PDF. - Ship Tool Error Reporting: Added more granular error messaging on various Ship Tool shipping errors to better assist users in diagnosing and resolving shipping issues.
- Cost and GP Columns Added to Job Profit Report: The Job Profit Report was updated to include additional fields per user feedback.
Reminder that Jobs must be enabled in Admin to utilize the Job functionality in 10X.
- Warehouse Inventory Transactions Alignment: The timing of Inventory Transfer transactions when the Receipt Date was in the past caused some Inventory Aging issues. We updated the backend transactions to ensure alignment and will push updates out to affected environments over the next couple of months.
Note that no financial reporting is impacted by these updates - they will align any timing discrepancies in the Inventory Aging so it matches the GL balance daily.
- Data Validation & Aging Updates: We're reviewing the Data Validation Logs for all existing customers over the next two months and correcting/updating transaction timings and background jobs to ensure aging and GL alignment for Inventory, AR, and AP accounts. We will also be implementing barriers to prevent manual transactions from impacting these critical accounts as issue areas are found.
As part of this process, we may reach out with information regarding user errors and corrections if necessary.
Bug Fixes
- Pre-Auth Assigning & Capture Improvements: User feedback identified areas where the pre-auth workflow needed improvements/fixes to ensure a more stable workflow through capture. Improvements include:
- Reversing Pre-Auths During Credit Hold Check: Some pre-auths automatically reversed improperly when the Credit Hold process was run at Order publishing.
- Add Ons not Included in Pre-Auth Amount when Generated from Order Print Tool: If a card is on file but a pre-auth hasn't been captured for the next Shipment, the Order Print Tool automatically tries to capture a pre-auth. This fallback didn't include Add On amounts.
- Shipments Closed with WorldShip Integration not Capturing Pre-Auth: The WorldShip integration wasn't properly calling back the pre-auth capture service to automatically capture and close invoices created.
- Attachments Not Included from Shipment Email Dialog: Attachments manually added by users from the Shipment Email Dialog weren't being included in the outbound email.
- Item Notes Updates: A couple of Item Note bugs were updated after being reported, including duplication on Invoice and Order PDFs and inclusion on POs when only being tagged to RFQs.
- Company Logo on Quotes Not Appearing: The
Company Logowasn't appearing on Quotes for some users after the last release. - Add Ons Showing One Decimal: Fixed a bug where some Add Ons didn't display two decimals on Invoice PDFs when the second decimal was a
0. - Lot Discrepancy in Multiple Warehouses: Users were able to change the Warehouse on Item Settings for Min/Max without also being prompted to update the associated
Default Receiving Location.
