New Features

  • Option to Show All Backorders on Packing Slips: A setting was added to Packing Slip Templates allowing users to show all Backorders at the bottom of the Packing Slip.

Note that the BO Qty of each line is already shown in-line on the Packing Slip for any lines that are partially shipping, this modification would include any fully backordered lines and make the backorders clearer to the receiving party!

  • Details & Add Cost Option Added to Manual Tracking Popup: Users can now input additional information in this popup, including # Boxes Billing Option and Billing Account. For Billing Options that are flagged to be added to Invoices, users will also be prompt to Input Freight Cost. This will allow manual input of freight costs and auto-addition to invoices for shipping methods that are not automated through the Ship Tool!

  • Option to Show Images Added to Quote PDF: Images can now optionally be added to the printed Quote PDF by turning on the Show Images option within the Quote Template.

Improvements

  • Linked PO Banner Message Remains after PO Close: Updated the Purchase Order linkage banner message remains after PO closure for better historical reference.
  • Linked Sales Order Added to Receiving Worksheet: Added the specific linked Sales Order to the receiving worksheet for
  • AP Bills Popup Defaulted to Display All Rows: The AP Bills popup will now default to all rows instead of the first 25, allowing users to more quickly see all Bills to be paid if more than 25 were selected for payment.
  • International Shipments Updates: Various improvements to streamline international shipments through the Ship Tool were made, including better flagging of US Territories and updates to passing information to Easypost.
  • State Requirement on International Addresses Removed: The previous system requirement to input a State has been removed when the address is international, allow quicker user input. We also added the Attention field to the quick-create Location dialog from Quotes and Sales Orders for quicker data entry.
  • Sales Tax Improvements (10X Jurisdictional Breakdowns): Modified 10X calculated Sales Taxes to align more closely with how automated tax options (TaxJar) pull jurisdications. This modification allows better alignment when utilizing a manual Sales Tax approach, like uploading a Zip2Tax file for jurisdictional level taxes.
  • Open Quantities on Closed PO Lines Auto-Adjust to Zero: If a PO Line is manually closed from a PO Bill, the remaining Open Quantity will be reduced to zero, helping users get more clarity on remaining Open Quantities on Open PO Lines.

Bug Fixes

  • Customer Location Tag Flag on Quote Creation: The Customer Location taxable flag wasn't properly loading on initial Quote creation.
  • Removing Default Label Printer from Labels: Users were previously unable to clear a label printer default from Labels.
  • Work Order & WO Build Line Closure: Deleting the last line of a work order or work order build in a certain order caused the WO/WO Build to not formally close.
