Add Price to Picking and Packing Slip Options on Admin and Customer Level

This how-to video explains how to enable or disable the total price display on pick slips and pack slips in 10X ERP. The setting can be adjusted at both the company level and the customer level for greater flexibility.

  • Go to Admin > Global Customer Settings
  • Check "Include Price on Picking and Packing Slips by Default" to Enable Company-Wide
  • Go to a Shipment, Refresh the Page, and Generate the Pick and Pack Slip PDFs to See Total Price on Each Line
  • To Enable or Disable for Specific Customers, Go to the Customer Profile and Adjust "Price on Picking Slip" and "Price on Packing Slip" Settings
  • You Can Now Show or Hide Total Prices for Shipments Based on Customer Preferences
