Releasing Credit Holds for Sales Orders

Ideal for users with the required access, this guide shows you how to navigate through the system to lift credit holds caused by late payments or exceeding credit limits. Not only does this enhance your efficiency, but it also expedites order processing for better customer satisfaction.

  • Navigate to the Accounting Section and Access the General Tab
  • Locate the 'Credit Holds' Table to View Orders with Active Holds
  • (Optional) Click on the Customer to View their AR Payments, Open Balance, and Other KPIs
  • Release the Credit Hold from the Table
  • The Release can be confirmed via Email Notification
  • Sales User can now proceed with Printing and Other Actions
