How to Set Up Stripe Connect in 10X (Including Sandbox & Production Setup)
This guide walks you through how to sign up for Stripe Connect within 10X, whether you are a new or existing Stripe user. It explains how to enable Stripe Connect, when to use Sandbox mode for testing, and how to complete the registration process through Stripe. You’ll also learn how to properly link an existing Stripe account, enter required business and banking details, and finalize setup. Once completed, your account will be connected and ready for processing payments in 10X.
- Navigate To Stripe Settings Go to Admin → Integrations → Stripe tab in 10X to begin the setup process.
- Enable Stripe Connect Check the Stripe Connect option and (if applicable) enable Sandbox Mode for testing before going live.
- Register Your Account Click Register after saving settings to be redirected to Stripe’s site to complete setup.
- Use Matching Email For Existing Accounts Enter the Same Email tied to your current Stripe account to properly Link Accounts.
- Complete Verification Steps Fill out Required Business, Personal, and Security Information including 2FA Authentication.
- Enter Bank Details Choose Manual Entry and input your banking information (or Sandbox test credentials if applicable).
