Management Daily Report
The Management Daily Report in 10X ERP provides a centralized view of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly business performance, including bookings, profit, order activity, inventory, purchase orders, and accounts receivable. The report can be analyzed by customer category, order writer, and source code, with drill-down hyperlinks that allow users to quickly access related transactions and reports. Users can also toggle the inclusion of AR invoices created through accounting and generate a PDF version with bar graph visualizations for performance tracking over the last two weeks. This report is designed to give management a fast and flexible overview of operational and financial activity.
- Open The Management Daily Report by navigating to Reports > Management Daily Report to view Business Performance Metrics for Today, This Week, This Month, and This Year.
- Review Sales And Profit Information to analyze Bookings, Profit, Orders, Quotes, Purchase Orders, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable activity from a Single Dashboard.
- Toggle AR Invoice Visibility using the Include AR Invoices option to include or exclude Invoices created directly through the Accounting Screen instead of Standard Sales Orders.
- Analyze Data By Category by reviewing breakdowns based on Customer Category, Order Writer, and Source Code for more detailed Operational Insights.
- Use Hyperlinks To Drill Into Details by clicking report links to open filtered Open Orders, Source-Based Orders, Open Purchase Orders, Accounts Receivable Information, or Agent Reports.
- View Past Due Accounts Receivable by selecting the Accounts Receivable hyperlinks to quickly access Agent Reports filtered for Past Due activity.
- Change The Reporting Date to review Management Activity and Performance Metrics for Different Days or Time Periods.
- Generate A PDF Version by changing the output format to PDF to create a Printable Report with Performance Bar Graphs for the Previous Two Weeks.
- Print Or Save The Report using the PDF output options, while still maintaining access to Hyperlinks within the generated PDF document.
