10X ERP grids provide flexible tools for viewing, filtering, organizing, and exporting data directly from any table, such as the Sales Order Grid. Users can control how many rows display, apply filters, and save customized views by bookmarking the dynamically generated URL. Grids also allow users to rearrange or hide columns for a personalized experience without impacting other users. Additionally, users can export either the current page or all filtered records to Excel.

  • Adjust Row Display by selecting how many rows appear in the grid, including viewing all available records when needed.
  • Filter Records to quickly narrow results by Customer, Order Status, or Date Ranges using preset or custom calendar selections.
  • Bookmark Filtered Views by saving the dynamically updated URL to quickly return to frequently used grid setups.
  • Customize Columns by hiding unnecessary columns or rearranging them into a preferred layout specific to your user profile.
  • Reset Grid Settings to restore the original column layout and default grid configuration at any time.
  • Export Grid Data by choosing either the Current Page or All Pages to generate an Excel file for additional reporting or analysis.
  • View Sum Totals by selecting the Sum option to display calculated totals at the top of the grid.
