Creating and Publishing a Cycle Count (Inventory Count)

The Cycle Count feature in 10X ERP allows for real-time verification of inventory levels without needing to halt sales or production. This feature offers safeguards to ensure accurate counts, preventing discrepancies that could affect sales orders.

• Go to the Cycle Count tool and click the '+' button to initiate a new Cycle Count
• Select the inventory items you wish to count, which appear in Draft mode
• Manually input the actual counts for each selected item, Deviations are created automatically
• Publish the Cycle Count to update inventory levels, generating a Journal Entry for any deviations
• Note that you can't publish counts that are lower than committed quantities without first adjusting associated Sales Orders
