By adding comma-separated tags at the customer or vendor level, you can quickly locate records using consistent keywords. These tags flow into various search fields, making it easier to identify and select the correct entities during transactions. This improves efficiency and organization, especially when managing large customer or vendor lists.

• Add Tags on Customer or Vendor Record by entering comma-separated keywords in the Tags field.
• Save Tags to Apply Them System-Wide so they become searchable across different workflows.
• Search Using Tags in Main Search Bar to quickly locate customers or vendors by keyword.
