Label Tool Introduction

  • To print labels in 10X ERP, warehouse and general users can access the label printing function via the Tools menu. Labels can be printed for various sources, such as order lines, purchase orders, work orders, items, or locations. Based on your selected label type, the system will prompt for specific criteria (e.g., customer ID, item number). Users can select label quantity options, choose specific orders, and designate templates and printers before printing.
    • Go to Tools > Label to access the Label Printing function in 10X ERP.
    • Select a Label Type (e.g., Item, Order Line, Work Order, Transfer, PO, or Location) to define what kind of labels you need.
    • Enter Required Criteria such as Customer ID or Item Number, depending on the label type chosen.
    • Choose a Label Quantity Option like One Per Lot, One Per Quantity Shipped, or One Per Line to control how many labels are printed per item or order.
    • Select Specific Orders or Leave the Field Blank to load all available options and manually choose which orders to print labels for.
    • Check the Orders You Want and click Print All From Selected Orders to continue.
    • Choose a Label Template and Printer from the dropdowns before finalizing the print job.
