Version 1.51 Release Notes

Release Date

March 5, 2026

New Features

  • Stripe Connect Integration for Multi-Merchant Payments: 10x ERP now supports Stripe Connect, enabling each client to accept payments directly as their own merchant. Customers can connect existing Stripe accounts via OAuth or set up new accounts through Stripe's hosted onboarding flow, with all payment processing, including payment methods, intents, and terminal transactions, now routed through the connected merchant account.
  • Transfer Receipt Backorder Allocation and Print Tool Updates: Transfer Receipts now automatically run backorder allocation for Orders and Work Orders in the receiving warehouse, with a notification banner when eligible documents are ready to print. A new "Transfer Receipt" reason has been added to the Order Print Tool for better tracking of print origins. Additionally, overnight reallocation logic has been improved to de-allocate all open lines before re-allocating by wanted date, ensuring more accurate inventory distribution.

Improvements

  • Suppress Lot Details for Non-Lot Controlled Items: Lot Details sections are now suppressed on Pick Tickets, Packing Slips, and Certificates of Conformance for non-lot controlled items, reducing unnecessary line usage on these documents. The Location field has been moved to the main line on Pick Tickets for non-lot controlled items, and a new Always Consolidate Lots option is available at the item level.
  • Non-Taxable Sales Total Column on Sales Tax Report: The Sales Tax Jurisdiction Report now includes a Non-Taxable Sales Total column, calculated automatically as Total minus Taxable Sales minus Total Taxes. This gives you a clearer view of non-taxable transaction amounts in your sales tax reporting.
  • PDF Worksheets for Sales Orders and Work Orders: Users can now generate overview PDF worksheets for Sales Orders and Work Orders that display all lines, components, and subcomponents with location details, perfect for staging work or using as travelers. Work Order Build PDFs now support printing selected component lines and suppressing lot details to reduce unnecessary information and consolidate paperwork.
  • Exclude Drop Ship Quantities from Min/Max Calculations: Drop Ship quantities from Sales Orders are now excluded from Min/Max multiplier calculations, preventing unnecessary overstocking when items are drop shipped rather than held in inventory. A tooltip has been added to clarify that Min/Max calculations exclude Drop Ship quantities, and Purchase Tool views now provide granular visibility into Drop Ship versus standard usage for more accurate purchasing decisions.
  • Job Number Priority in Pricing and Cost Rules: Job Number can now be added as an optional filter in Pricing and Cost Rules, with Job Number rules taking priority over all other rule combinations. When a Customer is selected, only active Job Numbers associated with that Customer will be available for selection, ensuring the most specific pricing rules are applied first.
  • Batch Processing for AR and AP Payments: Payment processing for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices is now more robust and scalable. The system now processes payments in batches of 100, eliminating previous limits on invoice volume and reducing timeout errors, you can now process thousands of invoices in a single operation.
  • AP Check Numbering Excludes Deleted Checks: When printing AP checks, the next check number now correctly skips over previously deleted or voided checks, ensuring accurate sequential numbering in your check print dialog.
  • Work Order Build Inventory Transfer for Fractional Components: Work Order to Build inventory transfers now correctly handle components with fractional quantities less than 1. When creating a Build from a Work Order with components specified in decimal quantities, the system accurately calculates and transfers the precise inventory amounts needed.

Bug Fixes

  • Finance Charge Screen Now Displays Complete Results: Fixed an issue where the Billing > Send Invoices > Finance Charge screen was only displaying a subset of available records. The screen now shows all applicable finance charge records, matching the complete results available in Accounts Receivable > Invoices.
  • Component Drawer and Work Order Build Display Improvements: Fixed the component drawer to display the correct base unit of measure for assembly items, ensuring quantities and units are consistent. Additionally, the Work Order Build table now pulls item descriptions from the Work Order Builds record rather than the parent item, providing more accurate context-specific information.
  • QuickParse Import Respects Duplicate PO and Ship Complete Settings: QuickParse order imports now properly validate against duplicate customer POs and respect the customer-level "Ship Lines Complete" setting. Orders imported via QuickParse will trigger duplicate PO warnings and apply ship complete status according to your customer configuration, ensuring consistency with orders created through the UI.
  • Price and Cost Import Tool Fixes: Fixed multiple issues in the Price and Cost import tools that were preventing successful bulk updates. The import tool now correctly processes list price calculations, displays accurate field-specific error messages (distinguishing between price and cost fields), and properly handles duplicate rule detection when updating existing always-active pricing rules.
  • Order Line Calculation Fixes for Weights and Pricing: Fixed unit weight calculations for order lines to properly apply unit conversions, ensuring accurate total weights across different measurement units. Also corrected line item pricing when using Price by Components and standardized rounding behavior across Sales Orders, Shipments, and Invoices for consistent totals throughout the order process.
  • Send Invoice Dialog Defaults Updated with Clarifying Tooltip: The 'Send Invoice' dialog no longer defaults to applying settings across all invoices, helping preserve customer-specific delivery preferences. A new tooltip clarifies that checking 'Apply to all invoices' will override individual customer settings, giving users more control over how invoices are sent.
  • UPS WorldShip Order Import Integration Resolved: Fixed an issue preventing orders from importing into UPS WorldShip from the system. Orders will now sync properly between the two platforms, ensuring your shipping workflow continues without interruption.
  • Deleted Items Excluded from Stratification: Deleted and inactive items are now excluded from Stratification calculations and table entries, providing a cleaner view of active inventory. Dead Stock calculations were also reviewed to ensure consistency in excluding inactive items.
  • Fix Avalara Tax Calculation for Non-Taxable Orders: Corrected an issue where Avalara was incorrectly calculating tax on shipments and invoices for non-taxable customers and orders. The system now properly respects non-taxable flags during shipment and invoicing, ensuring tax is not applied when the customer or sales order is marked as non-taxable.
  • Shipping Confirmation Email Select Field Now Updates via Customer Import: The Shipping Confirmation Email Select field now properly persists changes when importing customer data. The field will correctly update during Add/Update and Replace import operations, ensuring your customer communication preferences are maintained across bulk imports.
  • Fix Duplicate Lot Name Error When Receiving Items: Resolved an issue that prevented receiving items on Purchase Orders when a lot with the same name already existed for that item. The system now properly reuses existing lots instead of attempting to create duplicates, and displays a user-friendly validation message if a conflict occurs.
  • Ship Tool Billing Option and Account Defaults: Fixed several issues with the Ship Tool's billing configuration. When changing carriers or shipping methods, the Billing Option now defaults correctly to Prepay & Add, and manually changing the Billing Option properly updates associated Billing Accounts, automatically populating company accounts for Prepay & Add and Allow options, while clearing accounts for Collect and Third Party selections.
  • Lot Expiration Dates Update After Shelf Life Import: Shelf life imports now correctly recalculate and update expiration dates on existing lots based on the imported shelf life values and manufacture dates. Previously, lot expiration dates remained unchanged after import; they will now reflect the current shelf life settings on your system.
