Mobile Delivery Confirmation Email

This feature allows you to automatically send delivery confirmation emails when orders are completed through the mobile delivery tool. After setting up a delivery confirmation template, you can configure customer-specific preferences to control who receives these emails. Once a delivery is processed, the system sends an email including order details, delivery date/time, and any attached proof such as signatures or photos.

  • SET UP DELIVERY TEMPLATE Configure The Default Delivery Confirmation Template In The Admin Templates Table, Including Subject Line Variables Like Order Number And Customer PO.
  • CONFIGURE CUSTOMER SETTINGS Select Delivery Confirmation Preferences At The Customer Level, Including Whether To Send Emails And Which Addresses To Use.
  • CHOOSE EMAIL DELIVERY OPTION Decide Between Sales Order Email Only, Additional Email, Or Custom Email Only Based On Who Should Receive Notifications.
  • PROCESS DELIVERY IN MOBILE TOOL Complete The Delivery By Adding Notes, Capturing Signature, And Optionally Taking Photos.
  • SEND AND REVIEW CONFIRMATION EMAIL Automatically Generate And Send The Email With Delivery Details, Including Attachments Like Packing Slip And Proof Of Delivery.
