New Features

• Allow Linking of Transfer Orders to Sales Orders (beta): The option to Create TO  (Transfer Order) from a Sales Order and link Transfer Orders to Sales Orders has been added and is currently in more beta testing before wider release! Linking will take place in the same backorder queue as PO's for a more streamlined view of all link options.

If your are a client utilizing Transfers and try out the current beta version of this feature please let us know any feedback! There are no breaking bugs that have been found in internal testing but likely improvements that can be made as always.

A How To Video will also be added once this is finalized before the next formal release!

• Enhanced Search on Line Items & ASCII Order Sorting: We updated the customer and item search to default to ASCII order alphanumerically when searching customers and items on and Order, Quote, and PO. In addition, an Enhanced Search  option was added to the Line Items table where a user can search for an Item and add it to an Order through various fields.

The enhanced search fields will continue to be updated and improved based on ongoing user feedback, including searching of customer attributes tagged as searchable!

• Set Invoice PDF Template per Customer: Clients can now add multiple Invoice Template PDFs  and then tag specific ones to a Customer or Customers. Invoice Templates can be updated and added/created from the Templates > Documents Admin area.

Improvements

• Proof of Delivery (POD) Enhancements: Added a short summary of line items on the associated Shipment/Invoice to the bottom of the Proof of Delivery (POD) doc based on user feedback.

• Disallow Adding New Lines to Published PO Receipts & Prompt User: Adding new lines to an already published PO Receipt was being allowed in the interface, but would error when trying to save. This option has been removed, and a prompt to Create a New Receipt  has been added to ensure the proper workflow is followed.
• Allow Selection of non-Primary Vendor when Creating PO from Purchase Tool: Users can now select any vendor when creating a PO from the Purchase Tool Reports, instead of being limited to only the Primary Vendor for the selected Item(s), mirroring functionality on the Backorder Tool.
• Editing Ship Method on Mobile Delivery Tool: Users can now edit/change the Ship Method directly on the Mobile Delivery Tool, providing the method is a Delivery=true method in the Shipping Methods table.

• Shipments Creation for Quantities Less than 1: With decimal quantities enabled, shipments with fractional quantities less than 1 can now be created.
• Deposit Amounts Included on Proforma & Order Acknowledgement PDFs: Customer Deposits are now visible on these two PDFs for greater customer visbility into what has already been paid on an Order.
• Allow SO Invoice Deletion if all Payments Voided: SO Invoices can now be deleted if all associated payments are fully voided.
• Various Minor Improvements to Tables & Imports: Including better searching by Parent ID/Account in the AR area, appearance of voided AR transaction payments on the Invoice table, deleted items were removed from main search bar results, and item and customer import updates for better usability.

Bug Fixes

• Duplicate/Unnecessary Transfer Receipts: Hardened the Transfer Receipt process to ensure only one active Transfer Receipt can be open at a time, and that users cannot over-receive a Transfer Receipt.
• Orphaned Work Orders When Deleting Sales Orders or Order Lines: Patched a bug where users were able to delete Sales Orders and some Sales Order Lines even though they had an active Work Order line linked to them.
• Sales Tax Calculations when Editing Components On-the-Fly: The Sales Tax rates weren't being called when a user edited components on a previously created component-on-the-fly item.
• Reprint Mark on some PDFs Not Appearing: Updated the REPRINT  watermark to appear on PDFs where it was reported to not be present during a reprint operation.
