v1.49

Version 1.49 Release Notes

Release Date

February 13, 2026

New Features

  • Update or Add Vendor Cost Rules from Purchase Orders: Users can now update or add Vendor Cost Rules directly from a Purchase Order without navigating away. A new button on the Line Items table allows multi-selection of line items to update or create cost rules in a single action, streamlining vendor cost management.
  • Editable Component Prices in Sales Order Entry: When entering a Sales Order with assembly items, you can now view and edit individual component prices directly in the Components drawer. Override any component price using the calculator tool to set markup or gross profit, and the parent assembly price will automatically update to reflect the sum of all component prices.
  • Copy Functionality for Transfer Orders: Transfer Orders can now be copied to streamline repeated transfers of the same materials. When copying, dates automatically reset to today, allocations are recalculated, and the system validates that the Ship Method is still appropriate, clearing it and alerting you if settings have changed since the original transfer.
  • User-Friendly Error Message for Large File Attachments: When uploading attachments larger than 20MB, users now receive a clear error message explaining that files above this limit cannot be attached to ensure reliable email delivery. This replaces the previous confusing success message, helping users understand why their upload failed and take appropriate action.

Improvements

  • Item Description Added to Backorder Tool: Item Description is now available as a column option in the Backorder tool, giving users better visibility into item details when managing backorders. The field supports sorting, filtering, and export functions alongside other Backorder tool features.
  • Manufacturing Batch Number Added to Cycle Count Tool: Manufacturing Batch Number is now visible in the Cycle Count Tool's table view, printable sheet, and export files. This ensures better traceability and visibility of manufacturing batches during inventory cycle counts.
  • Quantity Committed Column on WO Build Lines: A new Quantity Committed column has been added to WO Build Lines, enabling manual component allocation on WO Builds without affecting the original line quantity.
  • Soft-Fail Prepay Orders with Shipping Rate Warning: When a prepay order cannot determine an estimated shipping rate for pre-authorization, the system now soft-fails with a warning message instead of blocking the order. Users will see a notification that the pre-auth has captured for the Order Total without an additional shipping buffer, allowing them to proceed while being informed of the limitation.
  • Prevent Editing of Reconciled Journal Entries: Reconciled Journal Entry lines can no longer be edited. If a user attempts to modify a reconciled entry, they will see an error message: "Reconciled transactions can't be edited." Users must create a new transaction to correct any previous mistakes.
  • Customer AR Aging Now Based on Due Date: The Aging Summary on the Customer AR Table now defaults to Due Date instead of Invoice Date, aligning with Customer Statement PDFs. An Age column has been added to Customer Statements to clearly indicate how many days past due each invoice is, making it easier to identify overdue amounts at a glance.
  • Item Import PHP Error Resolution: Fixed a PHP error that occurred when importing items with minimum/maximum values and usage months. Item imports now complete successfully without errors.
  • AP Debit Invoice G/L Account Validation Improved: Fixed an issue where deleted lines on AP debit invoices were incorrectly triggering a "G/L account is required" error during publishing. Now only active lines are validated, allowing invoices to publish successfully when all remaining lines have the required G/L account information.
  • Improved Test Coverage and Quality Assurance: Enhanced testing infrastructure with new PHPUnit and Playwright tests to prevent double payments on AR and AP invoices and ensure deposit restoration when voiding deposit-to-on-account payments. These additions strengthen the reliability of payment processing workflows.
  • HubSpot Integration API Logging: HubSpot integration activity is now logged and visible in Admin > Logs, providing visibility into API interactions and integration health.

Bug Fixes

  • Pricing Rule Updates No Longer Blocked by False Duplicate Errors: Fixed a bug where updating pricing rules, such as changing the calculation method, was incorrectly rejected with a duplicate rule error. Pricing rule changes now validate correctly, accounting for differences in quantity breaks, price groups, and other distinguishing attributes.
  • Reference Field Remains Editable on AP Bills: The Reference field on AP Bills now stays editable after publishing, even if left blank initially. Users no longer need to refresh the page to update the field after bill creation.
  • Warehouse Transfer Receipt and Shipment Creation Fixed: Fixed issues preventing users from creating receipts and shipments for warehouse transfers. Non-track labels now display correctly on transfer order lines, and the underlying workflow issues that blocked receipt and shipment creation have been resolved.
  • Work Order Build Lot Splitting and Closure Improvements: Work Order Builds now support splitting lots on completion, automatically creating multiple finished lots based on the underlying component lots received. This allows you to maintain original lot traceability through the build process without manual lot consolidation, while also improving error handling when closing WO Builds with linked purchase orders.
  • Landed Cost Calculation Corrected: Fixed an issue where landed costs were being incorrectly multiplied by 4 on certain work orders. Landed costs will now calculate correctly when work orders are created or modified.
  • Fixed Rounding Error with Custom Unit Conversions: Corrected a rounding issue that occurred when converting between custom units during shipping operations. Units now convert and round accurately without losing precision when converting back to the original unit of measure.
  • Fixed Missing Data in Customer Contacts and Receipts Exports: Customer contact exports now correctly include phone numbers, and the Receipts table export no longer returns empty files. Both exports now display all available data as expected.
  • Payments Table Row Limit Removed in Accounts Payable: The Payments table in Accounts Payable no longer restricts results to 1000 rows, allowing you to view all filtered payment records without artificial limitations. Pagination ensures efficient handling of large datasets.
  • RFQ Document Now Shows Company Name for Shipping Location: RFQ documents now display the company name associated with the shipping location, matching the format used on Purchase Order paperwork. This provides clearer identification of shipping destinations on RFQ documents.
  • Blind Shipment Logo Visibility in Customer Profile: The blind shipment logo configured for a customer is now visible in the customer profile UI. When a logo is present, it displays in the relevant customer settings; if no logo is configured, the field gracefully hides or shows a placeholder.
  • Fix Item Tracking Status Display on Shipments and Invoices: Corrected an issue where track inventory items were incorrectly displaying as non-track on shipment and invoice views. Items now consistently show their correct tracking status across Sales Orders, Shipments, and Invoices.
  • Invoice-Level Tax Overrides Now Reflect in Total Tax: Manual tax overrides applied to individual line items on an invoice now correctly roll up to the overall invoice tax total. Previously, overridden line-item taxes were not being included in the final tax calculation, which continued to display the original TaxJar values. This fix ensures that all tax adjustments, whether at the state, city, or line-item level, are accurately reflected in the invoice total.
  • Shipping Dashboard and Method Validation Improvements: The Shipping Dashboard now displays all closed shipments in a unified view, while Pickup and Mobile Delivery logs show only their respective shipment types. Additionally, Shipping Method validation has been improved to ensure that required Billing Options and Billing Accounts are properly enforced based on the selected shipping method configuration.
