Setting your Avatar

To add a custom avatar icon in 10X, you'll use the free website Gravatar.com, which integrates directly with the 10X system. By associating your Gravatar account with the same email address used in 10X, your avatar will automatically display within your 10X user profile. Changes made on Gravatar typically sync to 10X within a few minutes, allowing for easy updates to your profile image.

• Go to Gravatar.com and create a free account using the Same Email Address associated with your 10X user profile.
• Log into Gravatar and Click on the Profile Image Area to access the avatar section.
• Upload a New Image you want to use as your avatar and Adjust as Needed using the tools on the Gravatar site.
• Click “Done” and then “Save Changes” to confirm your new avatar.
• Refresh Your 10X System to see the updated avatar appear next to your user account.
• Ensure Email Addresses Match exactly between Gravatar and 10X, or the avatar will not sync properly.
