Using Item Tags (Keywords) for Searching Line Items in Quotes and Sales Orders

Item Tags—also known as Item Keywords—allow you to assign searchable keywords to individual items to simplify locating them in the Line Items table across Sales Orders & Quotes primarily. Tags can be freely created, edited, and separated by commas, and they support both text and numeric values. Once added, these tags can be used as search terms in transaction line item tables. Tags can also be mass uploaded if needed.

  • Navigate to Item’s Main Page To Begin Tagging
  • Click “Edit” and Enter Tags Using Text, Numbers, or Keywords Separated by Commas
  • Use These Tags to Search Within the Line Items Table on Quotes & Sales Orders
  • Search by Tag Terms Like "Michael" or "Christmas" to Find Matching Items
  • Mass Upload Tags If Needed For Bulk Item Tagging Across the System
