New Features

  • Negative Dollar Amounts in RED: Added a native feature to show any negative dollar amounts in red to make them more easily distinguishable!
  • Customizable Inventory Adjustment Reasons: Admin users can now create, name, and target Inventory Adjustment reasons, including the option to send the adjustments to admin-defined GL accounts.
  • Custom Units as Display Units When Creating Items: Users can now set a Custom Unit as a Display UM when creating new Items. This is another step in the process of allowing users to change display units and base units for items with history.

Note that users are not able to change base units and display units after initial item creation just yet. This is being worked and should be deployed in the next two releases!

Improvements

  • Added Existing Add Ons to Add Manual Tracking Cost Popup: Users were duplicating some freight costs onto the Invoice for prepay & add shipments not shipped through the Ship Tool. We added any existing Add Ons to the popup to give users a clearer view of whether freight has already been included prior to shipment closure.

  • QuickParse® Updates: We continue expanding QuickParse® capabilities on the Purchase Order side, including continued improvements to automated PO Receipt and PO Bill entry.
  • Unit Price Rounding: Updated the price calculator feature on Quote and Order Line Items to respect the unit price rounding rules set up in Admin, rather than overriding them.
  • Where Used Updated: Updated the query to exclude the components of the item currently being queried, as well as removed deleted components from appearing in the query.
  • Drop Ship Filter Added to Usage: A Drop Ship filter was added to Item Usage tables to more easily distinguish usage statistics.
  • Table Data Updates: Updated some table data based on user feedback, including adding Add Ons to the Invoice Table, updated various Sales tables to include Loaded Cost, and Contact Associations in CRM & XREFs to allow more than 30 rows selection.

Bug Fixes

  • Pre-Auth Amount Alignment during Shipment Creation: Pre-Auth amounts when generating a shipment from the Order Print Tool excluded Add On amounts. These were included when generating a shipment directly from a Sales Order. The amounts have now been consolidated into a single process to ensure proper pre-auth amount capture regardless of the creation path.
  • Changing Add Ons from $0.00 Caused Unbalanced Error: Updated code to allow changing $0.00 Add Ons on Invoices without throwing an unnecessary Unbalanced Error message.
  • Non-Track Items Duplicating Quantity on Order Acknowledgement PDF: Non-Track Items were duplicating their committed quantities when generating subsequent OA PDFs, causing some confusion. This has been updated and the proper quantities should appear when generating subsequent PDFs.
  • Duplicate Orders if Default Ship Method and Billing Option Misaligned: When default data included Billing Options disallowed with the associated Ship Method, it could cause duplicate orders to appear.

Known Issues

  • User Permissions for Editing Lots: Some new lot adjustment options in Admin clashed with the existing permissions to Adjust Lots; the fix for this was pushed out 13-Nov.
