Adding Multiple Boxes to a Shipment on the Ship Tool; Shipping Multi-Box Shipments

This video explains how to process multi-box shipments using the Ship Tool in 10X, including how to define individual box weights and manage labels through integrated carriers like UPS and FedEx. Each box must be added individually with its weight, and the system generates separate labels for each. You can also review, edit, and reprint box details and labels after shipment.

• Open the Shipment in the Ship Tool to Begin Processing
• Enter Weight for the First Box and Click Add Box to Lock It In
• Repeat for Each Additional Box, Adjusting Weight as Needed
• Do Not Click “Add Box” After the Final Box to Avoid Extra Entries
• Use the Minus Icon in Box Info to Remove Accidental Extra Boxes
• Click the Manifest Icon to View All Box Sizes, Weights, and Counts
• Print Labels After Finalizing Boxes, and the System Will Generate One per Box
• Go to the Shipment Record to View Tracking Details, Reprint Labels, or Process Refunds
