New Features

  • PO Dashboard - Lines View: A Lines View was added to the PO Dashboard for more granular review and monitoring of Purchase Orders. Users can also alter the Ship Date and Delivery Date directly from the dashboard!
  • Merge/Combine Lots: Added a Merge feature to the Item Lots Table, allowing users to combine similar Lots. This should be especially useful if an Item's total quantity is accurate but the specific lot(s) in the system no longer align.

  • Admin Setting to Prevent Publishing of Invoices with Tax Errors (TaxJar Integration): Add an option to turn off publishing of Invoices that have a pending tax error returned from the TaxJar Integration. If turned on, this can help ensure errors are addressed before propagating to your customer.
    • Note: A bug preventing tax calculation for those with the TaxJar integration introduced with this setting was cleared on the first day of the release.

Improvements

  • Adding Drop Ship DS Label to Various Tables: Added a Drop Ship indicator to the Sales Order Lines, Shipment Lines, and Invoice Lines tables for more granularity in reporting and data review.
  • SP (Secondary Process) Expanded to Subcomponents: Assemblies with SP Itemcomponents, where the Finished Good wasn't flagged as an SP Item but one of its components was, will now include the SP flag when created, for more granular viewing.
    • Note: Further expansion from this flag will be undertaken in the subsequent two releases, including updates to the WO Dashboard for better visibility and tracking.
  • Item Category Notes: Notes were added to Item Categories, allowing users to add notes to an entire group of Items at a time. Item Category notes would appear in addition to any other notes added to the Item, Customer, etc. level.
  • Item Category Added to Sales Commission Report, Lines View: Item Category was added to the Sales Commission Report as an additional option.
  • Print Dialog Updates: Updated the default printer order after the recent updates to cascade through printing per user settings.
  • Reconciliation Updates: Updated entries data before an already reconciled period so they do not deselect by default during daily reconciliation efforts.
  • Amazon Integration Hardened: Improvements to the Amazon Integration were made to ensure the relieving of inventory at the appropriate time when transferring stock.
  • Various Report Updates: Reviewed and aligned data from various management reports between tables.
  • Import File Updates: Updated various import files based on user feedback for easier importability.

Bug Fixes

  • Update Balance Sheet for non-January Fiscal Year Reporting: Fixed a reported issue with Balance Sheet generation for fiscal years that don't begin on January 1.
  • Landed Cost - Relative Weight: Calculations for Landed Costs using the Relative Weight option were updated for accuracy, and any associated entries were updated retroactively.
  • Date Selector/Filter Updates: Modified the date selector on the top of various tables to align selected dates with data appearance. There were instances where the dataset would include an additional day based on the user's time zone.
