New Features

  • Primary Contact on Customer Locations: We added the ability to associate a Primary Contact on Customer Locations, and added this Contact field to the Ship To details of Sales Orders and the associated paperwork when it is included. Note that the Contact Phone # will override the Customer Location Phone # when including a Contact, but can be changed if needed.
  • Auto WO Warning Message Added: Items with Auto WO=true require a Work Order to be created and the associated WO Build to be completed/closed before a Shipment for the parts can be generated, unless there is already a completed assembly in stock. We have added a persisting message when adding or navigating to any Sales Orders where the associated Work Order hasn't been created for these parts.
  • Include Wanted Date on Quotes: Quote PDFs can now add the Wanted Date as a header and/or line field, with the option to name this field something different from the Document Templates area.

Improvements

  • Loaded & Landed Cost Updates - Option Added to PO Receipts: Various updates continue to be made for how these appear in the interface, with the main update being the option to include Add Ons as Landed Cost options on PO Receipts.
  • Prevent Auto-Allocation of BO Quantities when Shipments Printed from Order Print Tool: We previously checked and auto-allocated inventory if it was available at the time a Shipment was created from the Order Print Tool. We've removed this feature per request so that users can still link POs or Drop Ship POs to the lines after initial printing. Note that any BO quantities not linked to a PO that can be filled with available stock will do so during the standard overnight allocation sync.
  • Schedule Order Updates to Order Print Tool: Improved the tool to ensure Scheduled=true order do not appear even when turning on the Override Wanted Date switch.
  • Backorder Calculation Update for Drop Ships: We updated the backorder calculation on the Purchase Tool to exclude Drop Ship PO quantities since these do not need to be taken into consideration when purchasing for stock.
  • Vendor Phone # Added to PO Paperwork: The Vendor Phone # was added to PO Paperwork per user feedback to help with vendor pickups or follow up.
  • Option to Require Weight on Lot Creation: Added an optional Item Maintance setting that, when turned on, will require Weight to be input during PO Receiving or during New Lot creation.
  • Sales Tax Rules - Force State Abbreviation: Updated Sales Tax Rules to force users to choose a State abbreviation to ensure alignment with the TaxJar integration.
  • Amazon Integration Updates: Updated the Amazon Integration to better handled cancelled orders when utilizing the FBA Warehouse option.

Bug Fixes

  • Ship To Information on Shipment Details Update: In a recent release, Shipping Location details on paperwork reverted to pulling from the Ship To information on the associated Sales Order. It will now accurately pull from the Shipment Ship To details.
  • Removed Open Qty on Closed PO Lines: We were showing a remaining Open quantity for PO Lines that were manually closed before full receipt occurred, which sometimes caused calculation errors for BO quantities. We have updated so that the Open quantity is cleared anytime a PO Line is closed.
  • Sales Custom Report Export & Vendor Import: Fixed issues exporting/importing the data related to the Custom Report & Import File.
