Multiple Cross References (Aliases, XREFS) for an Item; Selecting a Different XREF for an Item

This update enables users to manage multiple cross-references (aliases, XREFs) for a single item, accommodating scenarios like different ship-to locations or vendor-specific part numbers. The system automatically selects the most recently updated cross-reference but allows users to view and switch between others to ensure order accuracy.

• Add Multiple Cross-References to a single item, accommodating variations by ship-to, vendor, etc.
  • Watch for Duplicate Alerts: A warning banner appears when potential duplicates exist, helping avoid errors.
• View Cross-Reference Options via a hyperlink on the entity line when multiple entries exist.
• System Defaults to Latest Entry, but users can select a different cross-reference if needed.
• Work in all Associated Entities including Quotes, Orders, RFQs, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders!
