How to Use the Purchase Tool in 10X ERP

The Purchase Tool in 10X ERP helps users quickly identify which items have met their reorder minimums and streamline the process of creating purchase orders or RFQs. Accessible from the Tools menu, it allows filtering by vendor and provides a detailed analysis report to validate suggested quantities. Users can adjust quantities, apply min/max multipliers, and generate or add to existing POs directly from the interface. The system also supports export/import functionality, vendor minimum validation, and delivery tracking through ship/delivery dates.

  • Access the Purchase Tool From the Tools Menu If You Have Permissions
  • Filter By Vendor To Narrow Down Relevant Items for Review
  • Select Items And Generate a Report to Review Suggested Purchase Quantities
  • Review Usage Data Including Monthly Averages and Future Availability
  • Adjust Quantities or Min/Max Settings as Needed Directly in the Report
  • Generate a PO or RFQ Based on Finalized Item Selections
  • Use the Sum Button To Check Against Vendor Minimum Order Requirements
  • Add Ship and Delivery Dates Per Line or Globally if Provided by Vendor
  • Publish the PO and Send via Email or EDI as Configured in Your System
