How To Configure Shipping Carriers, Billing Options, and Box Details in 10X ERP

Users with Admin access can set up delivery methods (like FedEx, UPS, or customer pickup), link them to appropriate carriers, specify billing behaviors, and define physical box specifications for shipping.   • Go To Admin > Shipping To Access Shipping Methods
  • Add Or Edit Shipping Methods By Defining Code, Description, Carrier, and Cost Calculation Method
  • Navigate To Carriers Section To Enter Each Carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) Once
  • Assign Carriers To Multiple Methods As Needed Based On Service Type
  • Configure Billing Options With Boolean Settings Like “Add To Invoice” or “Use Company Account”
  • Set Up Box Details By Entering Dimensions (Length, Width, Height), Optional Weight, and Linking To Carriers
