The Media Library in 10X ERP serves as a centralized location for storing and accessing documents generated through transactions, such as shipment and labeling documents. Accessible by Admin users, this tool allows you to view and retrieve files like proof of delivery and pick and pack records. It also supports basic reporting functions, such as viewing documents created during a selected date range.

  • Access Media Library From Admin Panel
  • View Documents Like Proof of Delivery, Pick and Pack, and Labeling
  • Retrieve Files As Needed for Review or Reference
  • Run Reports By Selecting Date Ranges (e.g., Last Month to Date) to View Document Activity
