How to View the EasyPost Shipment Log in 10X ERP
This guide explains how to access and review the EasyPost shipment log within 10X ERP. The EasyPost integration allows you to manage outbound shipments across major carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Users with the appropriate permissions can view shipment details, errors, and reprint labels directly from the system.
- Go To the Ship Tool to manage outbound shipments handled via EasyPost.
- Navigate To Admin > Logs > Ship if you have Admin and Logs access.
- Review all EasyPost shipments in the Ship log, including error messages and shipment details.
- Filter results by any column to narrow down specific records.
- Reprint shipping labels as needed from the shipment detail view.
