Adding Customer and Item Notes; Printing Customer and Item Notes on Quotes, Sales Orders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders

Learn how to incorporate company and item notes in 10X ERP, an essential feature to enhance internal communication. These notes can be added to sales orders, pick tickets, and other entities.

  • Locate the Bottom Left Section to Add Notes to almost any Entity
  • Visit Customer Page to Add Company-Specific Notes
  • Enable Notification and Select Where to Notify or Print the Notes
  • Item-Specific Notes can be added in similar fashion
  • Navigate to Item Page to Add Notes
  • Set Customer-Level or Vendor-Level Specificity for Item Notes
  • Notes can be edited from within the Entity after auto-addition!
