Vendor Inquiry in 10X ERP

The Vendor Inquiry function allows users to review vendor details, including accounts payable and past payments. Users can search for a vendor, view key financial metrics such as open balances and aging buckets, and filter payments by method. Additionally, reports can be exported, and vendor contacts and CRM-related details can be accessed.

Steps to Perform a Vendor Inquiry:

  • ACCESS the Vendor File if permissions allow.
  • SEARCH for a Vendor using the search bar.
  • REVIEW Accounts Payable to see outstanding bills and aging buckets.
  • CHECK Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like open balance.
  • VIEW Old Payments and FILTER by payment method if needed.
  • EXPORT Data to a Spreadsheet for reporting purposes.
  • NAVIGATE to the Main section for general vendor information.
  • EXPLORE Contacts for CRM-related details, including responsible persons and related activities.
