How to View Open Customer Invoices in 10X ERP
In 10X ERP, you can view open invoices for a customer using two different methods. The first method is through the Sales Order screen, which provides sales-related details such as gross profit. The second method is by accessing the customer record, which presents a more accounting-focused view. Both methods allow for further invoice details and limited edits.
Steps to View Open Invoices via Sales Order Screen:
- Navigate to the Sales Order screen.
- Click on the Invoices tab.
- Select a Customer to filter the results.
- Review open invoices along with additional sales-related information.
Steps to View Open Invoices via Customer Record:
- Open the Customer Record and Go to the Accounts Receivable (AR) area.
- The default view will display Open Invoices for that customer.
- Review the invoice totals and accounting-related details.
Steps to View and Edit Invoice Details:
- Click on an Invoice ID to view more details.
- To edit, click the Edit button.
- Modify allowed fields such as P.O. Number, Tax Status, Dispute Status, Due Date, and Terms.
- Optionally Add Notes and decide whether to print them on the invoice.
