How to View Open Customer Invoices in 10X ERP

In 10X ERP, you can view open invoices for a customer using two different methods. The first method is through the Sales Order screen, which provides sales-related details such as gross profit. The second method is by accessing the customer record, which presents a more accounting-focused view. Both methods allow for further invoice details and limited edits.

Steps to View Open Invoices via Sales Order Screen:

  1. Navigate to the Sales Order screen.
  2. Click on the Invoices tab.
  3. Select a Customer to filter the results.
  4. Review open invoices along with additional sales-related information.

Steps to View Open Invoices via Customer Record:

  1. Open the Customer Record and Go to the Accounts Receivable (AR) area.
  2. The default view will display Open Invoices for that customer.
  3. Review the invoice totals and accounting-related details.

Steps to View and Edit Invoice Details:

  1. Click on an Invoice ID to view more details.
  2. To edit, click the Edit button.
  3. Modify allowed fields such as P.O. Number, Tax Status, Dispute Status, Due Date, and Terms.
  4. Optionally Add Notes and decide whether to print them on the invoice.

These methods provide flexibility in accessing and managing customer invoices in 10X ERP.
