Tracking Email Delivery
You can track the success of your outbound email delivery in 10X ERP. This log allows you to filter and review emails that were sent, check their status, and troubleshoot delivery failures. By applying filters, you can narrow down emails by sender, recipient, or status to quickly find relevant information.
Steps to Track Email Delivery:
- Access Admin > Log > Email with Admin permissions.
- Open the Activity Log where email delivery records are stored.
- Filter by Date, Sender, or Recipient to locate specific emails.
- Check the Status Column to determine if emails were successful or failed.
- Apply a Failure Filter to focus on troubleshooting undelivered emails.
