Customer Sales History in 10X ERP

How to Look Up Customer Sales History in 10X ERP:

  • From Customer Record:
    • Navigate to the Customer Record and open the Sales tab.
    • Select Shipments (closed) and enable the Lines switch for product details.
    • Use the search/filter to find a specific product.
    • Click the sum icon to see total sales quantity, pricing, and gross profit.
    • Export the data if needed.
  • From Sales Order or Price Quote:
    • Start a Sales Order or Price Quote for the customer.
    • Scroll to Line Items and open the Order Pad for purchase history.
    • View last order date, order number, and past purchase details.
    • Enter quantities to quickly build a new order.
  • From Sales Reports (Permission Required):
    • Go to Custom Reports > Sales Reports.
    • Select a date range (e.g., last quarter).
    • Enable the Lines switch for product-level data.
    • Group by Customer to summarize sales history.

These methods provide a fast and efficient way to analyze customer sales trends and order history.
