CRM Opportunities Overview

CRM Opportunities are independent records that allow you to manage and track potential new or additional business opportunities. They serve as a central hub for activities, documents, and communications related to each opportunity.

Adding a New Opportunity

When creating a new Opportunity record, you will need to provide the following details:

Field Description
Name A unique name to identify the Opportunity.
Type The type of Opportunity (e.g., "New Construction" or "Project Work"). These are maintained in Admin.
Stage The current stage in the sales process (e.g., "Lead," "Proposal Sent," or "Closed Won"). These are maintained in Admin.
Associated Record Link the Opportunity to a specific Contact, Customer, Vendor, or Lead.
