QuickParse® - Field Mapping

This document is an extension of the main QuickParse Help Guide and outlines the exact field names that need to be set on each Parser in DocParser for sales orders. These field names must match exactly for the QuickParse® integration with 10X ERP to work properly.

Header Fields

Field Name	Description
`po_number`	Your customer's Purchase Order #
`order_date`	Date of the Order
`ordered_by`	Person who placed the Order
`ship_method`	Shipping Method
`ship_account`	Shipping Account Number
`header_wanted_date`	Wanted Date
`reference`	Reference Number
`ship_name`	Shipping Name
`ship_address`	Shipping Address (see below)
`line_items`	Line Items in the Order (see below)
`totals`	Order Totals ((see below))

Ship Address Field Mapping

For the ship_address section, map the following fields:

Field Name	Description
`street_number`	Street number of the shipping address
`street`	Street name
`extra`	Additional address information (e.g., Apt, Suite)
`city`	City of the shipping address
`state`	State or province
`zip`	Postal or ZIP code
`country`	Country of the shipping address

Line Items Field Mapping

For the line_items section, map the following fields:

Field Name	Description
`line`	Line number of the item
`item`	Item number
`description`	Description of the item
`qty`	Quantity ordered
`qty_um`	Unit of measure for the quantity
`price`	Unit price
`price_um`	Unit of measure for the price
`line_total`	Total price for the line item
`line_wanted_date`	Wanted Date for the line item

Totals Field Mapping

For the totals section, map the following fields:

`tax`	Tax amount
`total`	Total amount including tax
