Creating & Editing Check Templates

This how-to video will guide you through setting up, editing, and managing check templates in 10X ERP. Whether you have a single check template or multiple, this video will show you how to customize your check layout, including where to place critical information like dates, amounts, and vendor details, as well as how to position the remit details.

  • Navigate to Admin > Templates > Check Templates
  • Select and Edit the Default Template or Create a New One
  • Adjust the Placement of Date, Amount, and Vendor Information on the Check as needed
  • Set Up Remit Details: Determine Placement, Headers, and Which Columns to Display
  • Save the Template and Test Print Using the AP Checks Module to Ensure Alignment
