Including Price on Picking and/or Packing Slip PDFs

This video demonstrates how to add prices to the picking slip and packing slip in 10X ERP, either globally for all customers or individually for specific customers. The feature allows for flexibility in displaying pricing on shipment documents based on your preferences or customer needs.

  • Enable Global Price Display in Admin Settings by Navigating to 'General' and Activating 'Include Price on Picking and Packing Slip'
  • Save Changes and you can Verify by Printing a Picking Slip and Packing Slip to See Prices Displayed
  • Disable Global Setting if Needed and Adjust on a Customer Level
  • Access the Customer Record and Toggle Price Display for Picking Slip and Packing Slip Individually
  • Refresh the Shipment Page and Print Documents to Confirm the Customized Price Display Based on Customer Settings
  • Note that this setting can also be updated with the Customer Import File en masse
