Full License

Ideal for: Executive, Management, IT/Tech Lead, and Accounting teams

• Provides complete access to all ERP functionalities.
• Includes administrative, accounting, and management-level reporting capabilities.
• Best suited for management, accounting, and roles requiring company admin settings control and reporting.

Sales License

Ideal for: Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams

• Access to most supply chain functions.
• Includes access to quotes, sales orders, RFQs, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Suitable for roles focused on sales, customer interactions, and purchasing without the need for accounting and administrative access.

Warehouse License

Ideal for: Warehouse staff

• Tailored for all warehouse operations.
• Includes functions like picking, shipping, receiving, put-away, work orders, counting, transfers, and inventory moves.
• View-only access to sales orders and purchase orders.
• Perfect for roles involved in the physical handling of inventory.

Mobile Sales License

Ideal for: Sales representatives who work remotely

• Designed for users who need access to Quotes, Sales Orders, and CRM while away from their desk.
• Typically used by individuals who take orders, issue quotes, and track their activities within CRM while on the road.
• More limited functionality compared to a regular Sales user but sufficient for remote operations.
